The staff at New Heights is excellent in responding to our questions and providing service to our renters. Our experience with the vendors they contract with has been mixed. For plumbing issues, the local Rooter Rooter company has been to the property twice and each time has done a thorough job, complete with photos of the work done, at a very reasonable price. On the other hand, for basic services Doctors Painting and Services LLC is over priced charging a base fee of $200 for going to the property before any labor or materials. This means even changing a light bulb is over $230! As a property owner, I feel New Heights should be able to contract with a more competitively priced provider or employee their own.
